    About the Company:
    A fast-growing electric vehicle company is transforming urban mobility with high-performance, design-forward electric motorbikes. With a loyal and growing customer base, the company is preparing to launch its newest model this summer and is entering a major sales and expansion phase.

    The Opportunity:
    We're hiring a Sales Representative to lead inbound phone sales and convert high-intent leads into buyers. This is a front-line role focused on closing deals, educating customers, and supporting a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel. The ideal candidate will also bring early experience or interest in dealer relationships, as the company plans to begin developing a dealership network later this year.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Respond to and convert inbound leads from customers interested in purchasing electric motorbikes

    • Own the full D2C sales cycle—from first contact to closed deal—over phone, email, and SMS

    • Follow up with leads who abandon checkout or submit product inquiries

    • Collaborate on sales process improvements and bring creative ideas to optimize performance

    • Track all sales activity in the company’s CRM and maintain pipeline visibility

    • Support groundwork for the company’s future dealer program (launching late 2025)

    • Work closely with customer service and leadership to ensure a smooth buyer experience

    • Become an expert on the product and build trust with prospective customers

    Who You Are:

    • A persuasive, energetic salesperson with a natural ability to connect with customers

    • Motivated by performance and earnings—you aim to beat your goals

    • Quick to learn new products, processes, and systems

    • Comfortable with a mix of inbound and outbound activity

    • Detail-oriented and organized; experience with CRM and AI-enabled tools is a plus

    • Willing to work from the office 4 days per week during the onboarding and ramp-up period

    Ideal Background:

    • 2–7+ years in inbound phone sales, consumer sales, or retail sales (especially for high-ticket items)

    • Familiarity with powersports, automotive, or other high-value consumer products is a plus

    • Bonus: Experience working with dealership accounts or B2B sales environments

    $70,000 per year
