Sales Leader
DeepNet is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth and expand our client base within the SMB and mid-market segments. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll drive qualified pipeline generation, maximize conversion rates, and accelerate revenue growth through strategic execution of the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates autonomously, utilizes data-driven insights, and elevates DeepNet’s trajectory as a go-getter in the technology services marketplace.
The Sales Leader reports to the CEO, or Marketing Manager.

Sales Leader Objectives & Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVE: Drive revenue growth through strategic full-cycle sales execution: ****
- Oversee and support full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Build, manage, and optimize an active qualified weighted pipeline using CRM analytics to drive robust Pipeline Generation.
- Leverage CRM data and reporting to Consistently monitor and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion ratios, and Revenue Growth Rate.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers, positioning DeepNet for long-term partnerships.
- Represent DeepNet at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads.
- Maintain a deep understanding of DeepNet’s service offerings and continuously educate clients on evolving capabilities.
OBJECTIVE: Enhance client acquisition strategies and sales processes ****
- Continually evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and workflows to increase Pipeline Generation and Conversion Rate.
- Refine and implement proven sales playbooks, structured demos, discovery frameworks, and account expansion strategies.
- Boost Win/Conversion Rate by identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles across industries, effectively moving leads to customers by Collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, proposals, and service offerings based on client needs.
- Apply client and market feedback to inform product/service enhancements and support competitive positioning.
OBJECTIVE: Contribute to team development and cross-departmental alignment
- Participate in weekly team meetings and quarterly planning sessions to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, technical, service delivery, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and outstanding client onboarding.

Competencies for Success
**Required Skills / Abilities: ******
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, SaaS, MSP, or related professional services sectors (e.g., medical devices, outsourced accounting, legal, engineering, consulting).
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle selling and exceeding quota within high-velocity sales environments.
- Hands-on experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or comparable technical/professional solutions.
- Mastery of consultative sales methods and in-depth understanding of the IT/professional services buyer journey.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)—track record of data-driven decision making.
- Autonomous, proactive, and driven to achieve ambitious sales goals with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized with effective prioritization and time management skills.
Preferred Skills / Abilities ****
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to quickly adapt to diverse client profiles.
- Experience in building and nurturing a performance-driven sales culture.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
Pay Range
$61,000 - $110,000
15% differential for local
