  • Responsibilities

    The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving defined sales targets while delivering an exceptional Ferrari customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of dealership operations, customer relationship management, and brand heritage. The Sales Executive will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Dealership Operations:

    • Achieve sales, order, and consignment targets.
    • Welcome customers according to Ferrari’s guidelines.
    • Respond to sales enquiries, providing expert guidance.
    • Conduct test drives and collect customer feedback to enhance the ownership experience.
    • Perform prospecting activities using marketing tools to identify and engage potential clients.
    • Ensure consistent follow-up with all customers.
    • Attend sales and operational meetings as required.
    • Guide customers through the configuration of their vehicles.
    • Convey Ferrari’s brand experience, heritage, and racing history to all clients.
    • Maintain and update CRM, DMS, Inventory Management and corporate systems daily
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
    • Represent the dealership at events, showcasing the brand and engaging with potential clients.

    Management & Sales Execution:

    • Ensure deals are closed in accordance with price build-up guidelines.
    • Manage negotiations for trade-ins in cooperation with the Pre-Owned Manager and After-Sales team.
    • Actively verify and propose car trade-ins where appropriate.
    • Prepare quotations for vehicles and options.
    • Draft contracts, collect required documentation, and oversee vehicle delivery procedures.
    • Propose financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
    • Stay informed about Ferrari and competitor products, services, and market trends.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end client-facing sales roles.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for automobiles, particularly high-performance and luxury brands.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

    Compensation:

    • $17hr + Commission
