    Job Overview

    Tech Hive Hub is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and growth in our marketing services division. You will be responsible for selling full-service marketing solutions — including TikTok/Meta ads, branding, POSM design, and video content creation for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

    This is a high-impact role focused on helping U.S.-based small businesses grow their digital presence and sales through creative and performance-driven campaigns.

    Who You’ll Sell To (Target Clients):

    · U.S. small & medium businesses (spas, restaurants, salons, fashion brands, etc.)

    · Shopify / Amazon / Etsy sellers

    · Personal brands, coaches, content creators, and KOLs

    · Local agencies or SMEs looking to outsource video/creative marketing

    Key Responsibilities

    · Research and reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, social media, or in person

    · Present service bundles: digital ads, branding, POSM, social content, and full-channel setup

    · Customize proposals and deliver strong pitch presentations

    · Coordinate with internal design, video, and ad teams to fulfill service delivery

    · Maintain client relationships and upsell based on campaign performance

    · Track results in CRM and meet sales targets consistently

    Requirements

    · Minimum 1 year of sales experience , ideally in marketing/creative/agency environment

    · Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    · Excellent English communication (both verbal and written)

    · Understanding of TikTok/Meta ad formats, content strategy, and short-form video trends

    · Confidence in client-facing communication, presenting, and closing deals

    · Self-motivated, team player, results-driven mindset

    Compensation:

    Salary range: 45,000+ - 75,000+ yearly

    · Base Salary (Probation): $1,500 – $2,000/month

    · Base Salary (Full-time): $2,800 – $3,500+/month

    · Commission:

    · 15%–20% during probation

    · 8%–12% ongoing after probation

    · Performance Bonuses: For exceeding revenue targets or landing strategic clients

    · Total earning potential: $4,000 – $6,000+/month
