The Business Development Specialist will be fully responsible for driving new customer acquisition and closing new business across target markets. This is a high-output, in-office, hunter-focused role built for someone who thrives on prospecting, outbound activity, and converting opportunities into revenue. The core mandate is simple: open new accounts, win business, and build a scalable pipeline.
This is not a passive account management role. You will be expected to actively identify prospects, initiate contact, build relationships from scratch, and close deals. Alongside new business development, you will also expand early-stage accounts through upselling and cross-selling once relationships are established.
You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, while also gaining deep exposure to product lines, pricing structures, and market dynamics. This role is designed for someone who wants direct ownership of revenue generation and the ability to make a measurable impact quickly.
