Our beans are roasted to perfection, and now we need a sales superstar to match that energy and take our coffee game to the next level.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- ☕ Sell the dream (and the beans): Build relationships with retailers, cafes, distributors, and corporate partners to spread the coffee gospel.
- Crush targets : Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals—without breaking a sweat (but probably while sipping a cold brew).
- Lead with strategy : Develop and execute a killer sales strategy, tapping into new markets and elevating our coffee footprint.
- Be the face of the brand : Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Stay sharp : Keep up with market trends, competitors, and the latest in the caffeine craze.
- Hit the road : Travel at least 50% of the time using your own reliable vehicle, we’ll cover the mileage; you bring the energy (and maybe snacks).
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 3–5 years of sales experience (coffee/CPG experience = a huge plus).
- Loves coffee as much as they love closing deals.
- Is a natural relationship-builder, negotiator, and energetic go-getter.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a drive to win.
- Knows their way around a CRM, can run a mean sales report, and doesn’t break a sweat formatting a PowerPoint deck.
- Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and chase down leads like it’s their morning espresso shot.
