    80-100K +commission (could be negotiated according to experience)

     

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced sales professional with established relationships in the nursing home and long-term care industry.

    This role is designed for someone who is already active in the space — ideally selling a product or service into nursing homes — and can leverage existing relationships to generate early traction. We are not looking for someone starting from scratch; we are looking for someone who understands the landscape, the decision-makers, and the sales cycle within long-term care.

    If you have built trust with nursing home operators, administrators, or ownership groups, this is an opportunity to expand your portfolio with a compelling offering.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    • Leveraging your existing network within the nursing home industry

    • Introducing and positioning our solution to relevant decision-makers

    • Managing your pipeline and closing new business

    • Building long-term, strategic relationships within the long-term care sector

    • Providing market feedback to leadership to support growth strategy

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Demonstrated experience selling directly to nursing homes or long-term care facilities

    • An active Rolodex of industry contacts

    • Strong understanding of how nursing homes evaluate and adopt new products or services

    • Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently

    • Professional presence and strong communication skills
