    About the Role: Sales Executive

    We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a “hunter” mentality and a heart for service. You’ll be at the frontline of our sales efforts, generating new leads, closing high-impact deals, and building lasting relationships with organizations that make a difference. Reporting to our Business Development Operations Manager, you'll operate with autonomy, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose.

    This role is equal parts go-getter, relationship builder, and data-savvy sales professional.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Sales Growth

    • Own and exceed revenue targets across assigned nonprofit/education/healthcare segments
    • Prospect, pitch, and close like a boss—whether it’s a school in St. Louis or a nonprofit in Providence
    • Manage your pipeline using Salesforce (and yes, keep it clean!)
    • Refine and test sales messaging to improve outreach week over week
    • Represent us at conferences and events with energy and polish
    • Collaborate on pricing, proposals, and relationship-building strategies

    Client Relationship Management

    • Guide clients from the first conversation to successful service launch
    • Offer consultative advice, uncovering real-world needs and crafting tailored solutions
    • Be the friendly expert they remember (and refer to others!)
    • Conduct check-ins and provide ongoing support to fuel long-term impact

    Collaboration & Strategy

    • Partner with marketing and ops to fine-tune messaging, lead generation, and outreach
    • Share what’s working—and what’s not—in monthly strategy huddles
    • Help shape scripts, follow-up templates, and other tools that make our outreach shine

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of B2B sales success with a solid track record of smashing targets
    • Experience managing a sales portfolio, generating leads, and owning the close
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
    • CRM wizardry (Salesforce preferred) and solid Microsoft Office skills
    • Experience in broadband, SaaS, or tech-related sales = a big plus
