Premier $30M restoration company (backed by Private Equity) in Chandler, AZ that is seeking an Emergency Response Coordinator. This is a dynamic role to generate leads to enhance their fire division. The ideal candidate would have established connections within the area for fire and water losses, preferably relationships with local fire officials, insurance adjusters, property management, HOA. Must be available after hours to dispatch to emergency calls (fire / water losses). **
Responsibilities** :
• Identify, contact, and visit residential and commercial properties affected by damage to access needs.
• Availability outside of office hours is required due to needing to dispatch to emergency calls.
• Collaborate with the mitigation team to ensure accurate timelines and exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service.
• Close high-value sales, turning leads into lasting relationships.
• Secure authorizations to initiate our top-tier services seamlessly.
• Build strong connections with local property managers, agents, and emergency responders to foster collaboration and drive success. **  
Qualifications** :
• Communication Skills: Clear articulation of services and relationship-building.
• Sales Experience: Proven success in sales (ideally in property or insurance or cold-calling)
• Customer Service Orientation: Focus on client satisfaction and knowledge of the claims process.
• Networking Abilities: Skill in forming connections with insurance adjusters, property managers, and emergency responders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick assessment of client needs and solutions.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
Base: up to $85k
Commissions: Aggressive commission package (dependent on sales)
