Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for a results-driven, relationship-focused go-getter who thrives on creating impactful sales strategies. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and driving growth with our cutting-edge security solutions.
This role primarily involves conducting in person client meetings, with a hybrid work model that includes the flexibility of remote work and requires an in-office presence once a week in our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong client relationships and comfortable navigating both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Electronic & Physical Security industry to generate new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our security equipment, software solutions, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Client Meetings:
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients to present product offerings, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives that align with company goals.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies.
Market Analysis:
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify sales opportunities and threats.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular forecasts, reports, and updates to management regarding sales performance and pipeline status.
Trade Shows and Events:
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events, showcasing products and engaging with potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in the Electronic & Physical Security Industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to listen, connect, and influence.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Google Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
