Location: Austin, TX (Travel Required) Salary: $75K–$100K Base + Uncapped Earnings

What You’ll Be Doing
Hunting new business in the skilled trades space; no handholding
Getting in front of owners, decision-makers, and operators
Running the full sales cycle and closing deals
Building real relationships that turn into long-term partnerships
Working closely with recruiting to deliver results and keep clients coming back
What It Takes
Proven sales success (trades experience)
Strong tenure - you don’t bounce when things get hard
Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable
Comfortable being in the field and traveling to win business
Thick skin, strong communication, and the ability to push deals forward
Big-picture mindset - you’re not thinking small or local
