    Position: Sales Executive – Permitting, Plan Review, and Building Code Inspection Services Location: Palm Beach, FL - St. Petersburg, FL – Orlando, FL – Naples, FL

We specialize in high-end residential, commercial, and condominium restoration projects, offering clients flexibility and efficiency in navigating the permitting and inspection process.

    We help builders and developers move faster, save money, and avoid municipal bottlenecks. Selling private provider services is a more straightforward and pain-point-driven conversation than traditional construction or trade services—because we solve immediate problems that cost clients time and money.

    Mission

    Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and municipalities who require permitting, plan review, and building code inspection services.

    Outcomes (Success Metrics)

    Revenue Generation: Close $10,000,000 in new annual sales within the first year. For example: A new hospital build could be in excess of $250,000 in revenue for the company.

    Client Retention and Expansion: Achieve 90% renewal rate and upsell additional services.

    Market Penetration: Establish Tew & Taylor as the preferred provider in Palm Beach, St. Petersburg, Naples and Orlando as well as new offices as we open them.

    CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate, up-to-date reporting on client activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts with 95% compliance.

    Experience Requirements

    5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in construction services, engineering, architecture, or regulatory consulting.

    Proven track record of exceeding quotas.

    Existing network in real estate development, construction management, or government contracting a major plus.

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $50,000

    Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a sliding scale. Paid as the revenue hits our bank account.

    5% of gross revenue on projects sold at book price.

    2% of gross revenue on projects sold below 1% to 5% of book price.

    1% of gross revenue on projects lower than 5% of book price.

    Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) with a matching program and 3 weeks of PTO.

    A company car will be provided as well.
