Prospect independently and manage your own territory (cold calling + field sales required)
Maintain an organized, active pipeline and consistently move leads forward
Collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving team—while working remotely
Deliver results and close new business. Period.
What You Bring
Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
High energy, grit, and resilience—you’re not afraid to hear “no”
A proven appetite for B2B sales—ideally in freight forwarding, co-loading, or trucking
Bonus points for:
2+ years selling to IATA forwarders, IACs, or known shippers
Experience working with co-loaders or GSAs (general sales agents)
Organized and detail-oriented: able to manage a high-volume lead pipeline
Independent, self-motivated, and effective in a field/remote sales role
Ambitious and early in your career, but ready to make your mark
