Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their portrait and photography needs

Present and sell portrait packages, products, and services to prospective clients

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals

Assist customers in selecting the best portrait packages to fit their needs and budget

Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sale support

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

Requirements:

Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Comfortable with upselling and presenting product options confidently

Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a team-player mentality

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
