Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable cannabis products and accessories. • Educate customers on different strains, consumption methods, effects, and proper usage to ensure informed choices. • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management. • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about new or featured items to promote upselling opportunities. • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability. • Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks and assist with receiving shipments to keep the sales floor well-stocked. • Assist in creating an inviting store atmosphere through effective merchandising and cleanliness practices. • Support team members with supervising responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications: • Previous retail cannabis leadership/ managerial experience REQUIRED • Familiarity with POS systems (Dutchie), cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory control. • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers clearly about products and store policies. • Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, is required; training will also be provided. • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing stock levels confidently. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service standards.
