What You’ll Do: As a Sales & Flooring Specialist, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted advisor. Base compensation: $52,000/year On Target Earnings: $80,000-120,000/Year Responsibilities: What You'll Be Responsible For: • Stay informed on industry trends, new product offerings, and competitor activity to provide knowledgeable recommendations and stay ahead of the curve • Confidently guide customers through the sales process—negotiating, closing deals, and ensuring profitability while delivering top-tier service • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term customer loyalty • Actively network and prospect within the community to identify new opportunities and expand the client base • Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, successful project from sale to completion Qualifications: What You'll Bring to the Table: • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills—you know how to connect with people and earn their trust • A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally as needed to meet with clients or attend job sites • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus • Comfortable using technology and familiar with CRM systems or other sales tools to manage leads and track progress • Ideally, 3 years of sales experience—especially in a customer-facing or consultative role Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
