    Job Summary

    We are seeking a sharp, organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented Sales & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! As a Sales & Fulfillment Associate, you will assist with both in-store sales/tasks and online order fulfillment.

    In your in-store Sales Associate responsibilities, you will assist walk-in customers with their shopping needs to ensure an excellent shopping experience. This role requires the ability to learn quickly about our extensive product catalogue and relay this information to customers to present our brand effectively, facilitate sales, and meet AOV targets. You will also assist with daily opening and closing tasks, and work with the team to monitor inventory/transfers and maintain a clean and presentable retail showroom.

    In your online Fulfillment Associate responsibilities, you will monitor, pick, pack, and ship online orders while ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment. You will also work with the team to monitor and maintain inventory/transfers for shipping supplies.

    The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, retail sales, and e-commerce fulfillment.

    Responsibilities

    Facilitate in-store sales and meet AOV targets

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively in English

    Ability in Chinese (Mandarin &/or Cantonese) is a plus

    Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

    Team-oriented and self-motivated attitude

    Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

    Willingness to work a flexible schedule

    Ability to learn quickly and retain information
