    Our client, a B2B enterprise AI legal startup, is seeking Sales & Growth Associates to join its expanding team.

    We're looking for ambitious, high-performing individuals with 3+ years of experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at consultative selling. This role is focused on helping top-tier talent—founders, engineers, and researchers—navigate the U.S. visa process while building trust and credibility with a highly sophisticated audience.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead 8–12 daily calls with prospective customers, advising on U.S. visa pathways
    • Close high-intent inbound leads, averaging ~5 deals per day
    • Manage follow-ups via email, answering questions and nurturing prospects through the funnel
    • Support go-to-market efforts, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM optimization
    • Partner cross-functionally to improve and scale sales and operational processes

    What they're looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., consultative sales, consulting, or relationship management)
    • Experience working with sophisticated audiences such as founders, engineers, or researchers
    • Strong background in multi-touch, consultative sales cycles
    • Proven ability to clearly explain complex topics and build trust quickly
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Prior experience as an Account Executive, Consultant, or VC Associate is a plus
    • Strong communication skills and executive presence
