    Sales Growth Leader primary responsibilities: drive revenue by leading the sales team, develop strategies, and implement data-driven growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and product, focusing on new business. You are responsible of introducing our products and services to key decision makers in order to find a fit. Must be comfortable with closing the deal and asking for the sale.

    Additional Key Skills & Focus Areas: Strong Technical Acumen Consultative Selling Strong alignment with Sales and Tech teams to solve business problems Build strong relations, leverage social proof studies firm understanding of CRM and a proven ability to maintain a consistent pipeline

    Core Responsibilities: Lead Generation Understanding of the sales journey Team Leadership - must be able to lead the sales team, coaching and mentoring sales reps Align sales with tech teams to deliver cohesive solutions

    What You'll Do:

    Develop and cultivate company-provided leads through the entire sales cycle (from qualifying, negotiating to closing)

    Articulate our IT services, benefits, and processes to potential clients over phone, over video, and sometimes in person

    Generate and present proposals for IT services.

    Position yourself to understand the marketing needs of a small business

    Meet monthly sales targets according to sales plan

    Participate in weekly IT sales meetings and articulate market feedback to senior executives

    Be able to contribute positively to the company's winning team culture

    What We're Looking For:

    Eager and ready to work, hardworking, sales professionals

    3+ years of sales related experience. (preferably selling IT products or service agreements of some sort)

    3+ years of sales experience with IT and network technology solutions

    experience with selling IT Managed Service Agreements

    ability to effectively utilize a computer (including but not limited to all Microsoft Apps)

    Firm understanding of IT Technologies and solutions

    Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment

    Exceptional communication skills both written and oral

    Exceptional Presentation Skills

    Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic

    Ability to build rapport and present to C-Level executives
