    Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site) Type: Internship (Part-Time) Duration: 4 months with potential for extension

    About CommLoan: CommLoan is a fast-growing, tech-enabled commercial real estate lending marketplace, streamlining and modernizing the way commercial loans are sourced, processed, and closed. Our platform connects borrowers and lenders across the country with unmatched transparency and efficiency.

    We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in commercial real estate finance, data analysis, and fintech sales processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Operational Reporting: Support the Sales team by generating regular reports on team performance, lead status, and pipeline activity. Help identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Training and Support: Review practice loans with new Loan Originators to ensure understanding of process and expectations.

    Pipeline Auditing & Property Tracing: Assist in auditing loan pipelines to ensure system compliance. Begin tracking property records to help identify instances where LOs may be working outside the established platform process.

    Qualifications:

    Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

    Personable and passionate about supporting the growth of others.

    Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; CRM experience is a plus.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Articulate well on phone and video meetings.

    A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about commercial lending and sales operations.
