CoCard Business is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Lead to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team. This full-time, in-person role based in Roseville, CA, offers a competitive base salary plus team performance bonuses. Responsibilities: Position Overview We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Lead to build, train, and manage a field sales team of 5–10 reps. You’ll be responsible for hitting team sales targets, driving local sales campaigns, and helping scale our merchant services division across the Roseville and Sacramento areas. What You’ll Do: • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps • Set daily/weekly goals and manage field activity • Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions • Personally close new merchant accounts and set the standard for your team • Track KPIs, submit reporting, and work closely with leadership on strategy • Represent CoCard Business at local events and networking opportunities • Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs. Qualifications: • 3+ years of outside sales or team leadership experience • Strong recruiter and motivator — a true team builder • Confident closer with a competitive, quota-driven mindset • Comfortable in a hands-on field leadership role • Experience in merchant services, telecom, security, or energy is a plus • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and scheduling software Compensation Benefits • Base Salary : $75,000–$85,000 • Team Bonus : Monthly bonus based on team performance • Paid training and sales bootcamp • Growth track to become a Regional Sales Manager • Company laptop and business cards provided • Fuel reimbursement for travel Why Join CoCard Business?
