ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a driven, polished, and results-oriented Sales Lead to drive new membership growth, manage the sales pipeline, support daily operations, and elevate the member experience. The ideal candidate excels at converting leads into long-term recurring members and thrives in a high-energy boutique fitness environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Membership Growth
Execute full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, tours, follow-up, and closing
Drive sales for recurring monthly memberships and class packages
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly membership and revenue targets
Maintain consistent follow-up across calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions
Book prospects into intro classes and deliver strong first-visit experiences
Manage upgrades, freezes, cancellations, and retention strategies
Support sales campaigns and create text/email scripting
Track KPIs and report trends to studio leadership
Maintain complete knowledge of all offerings, pricing, and promotions
Team Leadership & Studio Support
Coach Sales Associates to improve performance and reach KPIs
Deliver excellent customer service for all members and prospects
Support instructors during class times for smooth operations
Resolve escalated customer issues professionally
Participate in weekly team/corporate calls and execute action items
Operations & Studio Management
Assist with opening/closing and daily operational flow
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
Use ClubReady (or similar CRM) to manage leads and revenue data
Assist with newsletters and studio communications
Uphold all policies, procedures, and operational standards
Marketing & Community Engagement
Execute grassroots marketing and attend community events
Build relationships with local businesses and partners
Support in-studio promotions and member engagement initiatives
Collaborate with ownership/corporate on marketing campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of boutique fitness sales experience required, including selling premium recurring memberships and class packages.
Proven ability to exceed membership sales goals
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email, in-person)
Highly organized with strong follow-through
CRM experience required
Professional, reliable, solutions-focused
Must be available mornings (including early mornings), evenings, weekends, holidays
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand/sit for extended periods
Ability to communicate clearly in person and via phone
