We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our insurance sales team. Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve business goals. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share. • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales agents. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reports to senior management. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and community engagements. Qualifications: • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams. • Solid understanding of life insurance, financial planning, and investment products. • Goal-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure. • Licensed (or eligible for licensing) to sell life and health insurance products. Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 yearly
