Position Overview:
This is a senior-level sales leadership role, responsible for both personal production and leadership of the Energy Logix sales function. The Sales Leader is accountable for delivering $2M+ in personal revenue production and mentoring our existing sales representative to achieve an additional $2M+ in production — driving Energy Logix to a total $4M+ annual revenue target.
This is a player-coach role — hands-on leadership by example in both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities: ****
Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership
- Directly produce $2M+ in annual commercial HVAC sales through personal sales efforts.
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable the existing Sales Rep to achieve $2M+ in revenue.
- Build, maintain, and manage a visible sales pipeline aligned to company KPIs.
- Set and achieve monthly KPIs for PMAs (Preventive Maintenance Agreements): 6–10 new PMAs/month between self and Sales Rep.
- Ensure proactive prospecting, proposal development, and pipeline advancement.
**Marketing & Business Development **
- Develop and execute targeted marketing and business development strategies.
- Leverage existing network in municipalities, schools, healthcare, and institutional channels.
- Utilize CRM and operating systems to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting.
- Collaborate with LevelUp (Talent, Finance, Technology & Brand) to ensure alignment on operational excellence across HR, Accounting, Tech, & Marketing.
Leadership & Culture ** __**
- Operate as a peer and partner to the Company’s Service Manager.
- Foster an accountable, metrics-driven culture aligned with organizational KPIs and investor expectations.
- Mentor junior team members; lead through example in systems, process, and discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile: ****
- 5+ Years Commercial HVAC Sales Experience (preferred in Central Texas market)
- Strong existing network within commercial sectors (institutional, government, property management)
- Demonstrated track record of producing $2M+ annually in HVAC, mechanical services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance agreements as a strategic business tool
- High competence in pipeline management, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
- Technically proficient, process-oriented, methodical.
- Experienced in developing and executing marketing/business development plans.
- Excited by the challenge of scaling a growth-oriented, system-driven organization.
- Motivated by accountability, performance, and achieving shared goals.
