Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Training Manager to join our team! As a Sales Training Manager on the team, you will work closely with our team of trainers to support, mentor, and encourage them to become a successful, motivational sales force for our company. You will also handle scheduling for your sales department, hiring and training new team members. The ideal candidate has previous experience in both training and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a background in leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage a group of sales training professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership

Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team

Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales training desired

Previous management and leadership experience desired

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail

Roofing experience is a plus

Compensation

Bonus Structure is as follows

100k = 1% of team sales

200k = 2% of team sales

300k+ = 3% of team sales

Personal sales = 10/50/50

Flexible work from home options available.
