Job Description:
It is the Sales Representative's responsibility to grow enrollments at our current locations, both in schools/daycares and public parks, as well as selling into new schools/daycares and finding suitable parks for our programs needs.
Prompt, reliable, and professional communication while working a flexible schedule
Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual goals
Go above and beyond to sell, promote, and market our program prior to each season while still maintaining current accounts
Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners
Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity
Coach HIGH energy and FUN soccer classes as needed
Finding and attending community events to help grow our program
Role/Classification:
Typical, expected working hours are generally between Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm and some Sunday mornings, approximately 9-12pm. The position may require one to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment. This is a flex schedule, so weekends, evenings, and early mornings are needed.
Compensation:
Starting at $17 per hour in training
Hourly + commissions / additional bonus opportunities
Discretionary Bonuses + stipends
