    Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of custom closets, home office cabinetry, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, media centers and more. At Closets by Design of the First Coast - Jacksonville, we pride ourselves on delivering a best-in-class customer experience—starting with a high-performing sales team.

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the success of our in-home design consultants. This is an inside leadership position focused on training, mentoring, and developing a team of sales professionals. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that sales goals are met while upholding the company’s values and customer satisfaction standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Team Leadership – Lead, train, and coach in-home design consultants to meet individual performance goals

    Recruitment & Onboarding – Interview, hire, and work with HR to onboard new design staff

    Training & Development – Deliver one-on-one and group training aligned with our proven sales model

    Performance Monitoring – Track key sales metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies for improvement

    Team Collaboration – Partner with leadership and sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a track record of performance

    Prior team leadership, coaching, or management experience preferred

    Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

    Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

    Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing roles a strong advantage

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint experience a plus
