Job description:

We're selecting three people. Not hiring — selecting. We'd rather turn away a hundred than bring on the wrong one.

Who this is for Proven sales professionals who've built something before — a book of business, a team, a territory. You hold existing relationships with business owners, HR professionals, or both, and you open doors yourself. You've done this before and you can prove it.

Who this is not for Anyone who needs a base salary, a draw, or handed leads. This is a commission-based independent contractor role (1099). If that sentence made you flinch, stop reading.

How selection works We don't do interviews — we do projects. Everyone we consider starts with the same simple project. It shows us how you work, how you lead, and whether you're real. You'll be wondering about the company name, the products, the structure — those come with the project, because that's when they actually mean something. Anyone who needs those answers before lifting a finger isn't who we're looking for.

Compensation Commission-based, paid daily. No base salary, no draw. Your income reflects your production — nothing more, nothing less. Growth is built into the structure: as you advance, your commission levels rise with you.
