With expertise in real estate sales strategies, contract negotiations, and market trends, this leader will play a critical role in our team’s growth and success. Compensation: • Expected Total Earnings: Up to $150,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Lead team meetings, sales training, and script practice to encourage continuous development. • Provide expert guidance on contracts and negotiations, ensuring successful transactions. • Develop individual success plans tailored to each agent’s strengths and areas for growth. • Work closely with administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and team support. • Drive overall team revenue and growth while fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture. • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales professionals to expand our team. • Coach and mentor agents to sharpen their skills, enhance productivity, and drive performance. • Establish clear goals and hold agents accountable for meeting sales targets.
