Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the perfect vehicle match. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they see you as a trusted advisor. • Leverage our extensive inventory to present tailored vehicle options that meet customer preferences. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving company growth. • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice. • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring continuous personal growth and development. Qualifications: • Have at least 2 years of sales experience (preferred, but not required). • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • Maintain a clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years. • Successfully pass a criminal background check. • Exhibit professionalism in both appearance and phone communication. • Demonstrate strong sales skills, motivation, and a drive to succeed.
