The Role We’re looking for a high-energy sales closer who can also bring empathy and professionalism to every customer interaction. In this role, you’ll negotiate deals, write loans, and drive sales — all while building trust with customers from all walks of life.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales through strong closing skills and product knowledge

Build relationships and show empathy while writing loans and assisting customers in financial need

Accurately assess, price, and negotiate on a wide range of merchandise (training provided)

Deliver fast, friendly service that builds customer loyalty

Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business

Contribute to a team culture built on winning, learning, and growing

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales or customer service experience (retail, restaurant, automotive, or other fast-paced setting)

A natural closer — persuasive, confident, and goal-driven

The ability to balance assertiveness with empathy when helping customers

Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred (to serve our diverse customer base)

Comfortable handling cash, negotiations, and transactions

High school diploma or equivalent required
