The Sales Lot Porter is responsible for supporting the sales team by keeping the vehicle inventory organized, customer-ready, and properly presented. This role includes moving and parking vehicles on the lot, fueling and prepping cars for customer viewings and test drives, helping customers with basic technology demos (phone pairing, features, etc.), and assisting with sales delivery tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the sales lot clean, orderly and aligned to display standards.
• Drive, park, retrieve, and reposition vehicles as directed by management.
• Fuel vehicles and check basic vehicle maintenance items (tires, fluids).
• Prep cars for delivery including washing, vacuuming, stocking, and placing window stickers.
• Assist customers by demonstrating basic vehicle features (pairing phones, infotainment overview).
• Help deliver and explain vehicles to customers at point of sale.
• Ensure vehicle keys and paperwork are handled securely.
• Report any damages, issues, or customer concerns to the sales manager.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Weekends required

Preferred (but not required)

• Previous automotive or dealership experience.
• Basic tech skills (phone pairing, Bluetooth setup, infotainment explanation).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
