    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.
    - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    - Analyze sales data to improve performance and develop actionable insights.
    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
    - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    - Oversee recruitment, training, and development of new sales team members.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    - Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
    - Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and performance metrics.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven sales strategies.

    - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

    Preferred Skills:

    - MBA or similar advanced degree.
