    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Management / Sales Operating Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as a Sales Management / Sales Operating Manager.

    Major Responsibilities:

    Calculating customer quotations, analyzing costs, sales, and customer information

    Responsible for the collection of bills for sold products

    Be responsible for accurately forecasting opportunities and participating in account reviews by SAP

    Forecasting price trend, product sales, Inventory status, Inventory order, and budget

    Responsible for monitoring, compiling, and analyzing sales performance

    Work closely with the production team(HQ) to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis

    Analyze complex data sources and information to find patterns in data

    Complete regular administrative responsibilities, including registering orders, order shipping, stock in & out daily record checking, closing monthly sales, and administrative work in the relevant area

    Support the logistics DB establishment

    Related Experience:

    1 to 3 years of experience related to wholesale experience.

    Retail experience is a plus.

    Agency and/or vendor experience is preferred

    Working with the SAP system

    Skill / Knowledge:

    Fluent in Korean/English

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Excellent organizational skills.

    Excellent time management skills.

    Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Strong knowledge of research methods and statistics.

    Strong ability to translate research findings into meaningful business decisions.

    Ability to work with all levels of management.

    Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time.

    Physical Requirements:

    Normal office duties

    Occasional fieldwork

    Must be able to travel; extensive overnight travel required.
