We are expanding our Marketing, Events, and Sales team and are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Entry-Level Management Trainees. This role is designed for candidates interested in developing leadership skills through hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to marketing, sales, and team operations.
This is an entry-level position with a comprehensive training program. No prior experience is required, as training, coaching, and mentorship are provided throughout the program.
Position Overview Management Trainees will rotate through key areas including event marketing, promotional sales, customer engagement, and team coordination. Working closely with experienced managers, trainees will gain practical experience in sales conversations, campaign execution, performance tracking, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales initiatives
Engage with customers to present products and services in a professional manner
Assist with on-site sales activities and customer acquisition efforts
Represent client brands consistently and professionally
Help coordinate event logistics, setup, and breakdown
Track basic sales and campaign performance metrics
Collect customer feedback and assist with reporting
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
Compensation Structure:
