Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured sales management training program covering all aspects of the business

Engage with customers directly to drive sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service

Learn and execute proven sales strategies, techniques, and closing methods

Support senior management in daily operations, team coordination, and performance tracking

Develop leadership skills by mentoring and motivating fellow team members

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Participate in ongoing coaching, workshops, and professional development sessions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, business, or marketing

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to advance into a leadership role

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

No prior sales experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must

Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time in Fort Myers, FL
