    AGT Food Testing (Formerly part of A&B Labs) provides analytical testing to the Food Manufacturing, Agricultural, and Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical industry. We are rapidly growing and expanding our capabilities in the Food and related industries.

    Job highlights

    Qualifications

    · 8 years or more applicable industry experience.

    · Ability to travel 50% of the time.

    · Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences.

    · Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, cGMP, FSMA and FSIS guidelines.

    · Excellent communication skill, positive attitude and self-motivated.

    · Proficient in LIMS and other software applications.

    Responsibilities

    · Expand sales & promote company vision and objectives.

    · Identify new business opportunity and grow total sales.

    · Develop Strategic Business Development Plan targeting the Food, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Industry.

    · Develop Monthly Sales Forecast, Budget and meet the target.

    · Develop short-, medium- and long-term business strategies for business growth.

    · Procure contracts with schools, multinational food companies and agricultural corporations.

    · Pursue leads on FDA Red Alert and FSVP Importers and convert them into clients.

    · Maintain all client information regarding visits, communication, quotes in the LIMS.

    Salary $75,000 - $100,000

    · Keep management informed of latest development in the industry, services, market opportunities and competitors.

    · Identify client technical needs and capacity.

    · Identify new market leads.

    · Set and achieve financial goals.

    · Work with client services, lab operations and marketing to ensure existing client requests are met.

    · Visit and call clients on a regular basis.

    · Maintain and grow current accounts.

    · Conduct SWOT analysis to maintain sales growth.
