About the Role:

AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! In this role, you'll lead sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and play a key part in expanding our presence in the cleaning industry. If you're a motivated closer with a passion for leading teams and driving revenue, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets

Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts in the residential and/or commercial cleaning market

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and team performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and KPIs using CRM tools

Collaborate with operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to leadership

Requirements:

2+ years of proven sales management or senior sales experience

Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets

Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
