    Job Description: Sales Manager Supervisor: VP, Sales and Engineering

    Position Summary:

    AT&I Systems is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales organization. This in office role is responsible for driving new business, managing and mentoring sales personnel, developing strategic accounts, and collaborating closely with operations to ensure accurate system design and successful project delivery.

    The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in security system sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day sales execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership & Strategy

    · Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue and margin goals

    · Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives

    · Establish sales targets, KPIs, and accountability standards

    · Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across new and existing accounts

    Business Development

    · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and/or healthcare markets

    · Represent AT&I Systems at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions

    · Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and system upgrades

    Sales Operations & Coordination

    · Oversee proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations

    · Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure accurate scope, system design, and timelines

    · Ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution teams

    · Maintain CRM data integrity, forecasts, and reporting

    Market & Product Knowledge

    · Stay current on security technologies, manufacturers, and industry trends

    · Provide feedback to ownership on competitive intelligence and market opportunities

    · Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

    Qualifications

    Required

    · 5+ years of sales experience in the electronic security integration industry

    · 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role

    · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    · Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and integrated platforms

    · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    · Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously

    Preferred

    · Experience selling enterprise or complex security solutions

    · Familiarity with manufacturers such as Avigilon, Verkada, or similar

    · CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific platforms)
