    5 Star Auto Plaza is looking for a proven Sales Manager who knows how to drive results, lead from the front, and win.

    What You'll Do

    Lead, motivate, and hold a team of sales professionals accountable for results

    Work deals, structure financing, and help close customers

    Drive daily sales performance and maintain momentum on the floor

    Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent

    Create a culture of accountability, respect, and servant leadership

    Manage sales process, desk deals, and maximize gross profit

    Help build the sales structure as we expand operations and add new locations

    Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales department

    Proven success in automotive sales leadership

    Strong closer who is comfortable working deals

    Ability to motivate, coach, and push a team to exceed targets

    Experience managing salespeople in a high-volume dealership
