We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can make an immediate impact. This role is flexible based on your experience — whether you're a strong desk manager, a floor leader, or someone who excels in process and coaching, we’re open to the right fit.

Key Responsibilities (based on skillset):
Desk deals and support finance workflow
Lead the sales floor and manage the sales process
Drive new car sales initiatives
Coach and hold the team accountable to CRM follow-up and process
Collaborate closely with the existing management team

What We're Looking For:
Automotive sales management experience preferred, but we will consider high-performing sales professionals who are ready to step into leadership and have demonstrated accountability, initiative, and team influence
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Experience in one or more of the following: desking, floor leadership, training, or process execution
Bonus if you have:
Hyundai or import experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Finance/F&I exposure
