What You’ll Lead
As the General Manager, you will own the performance and experience of the studio.
Business Leadership
Drive revenue, membership growth, and studio profitability
Manage payroll, expenses, and operational KPIs
Oversee daily operations and maintain brand excellence
Sales & Membership Growth
Lead the studio’s sales strategy and performance
Coach and develop the sales team to exceed targets
Build strong community relationships and local partnerships
Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Associates and Coaches
Lead weekly team meetings and monthly performance reviews
Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture
Studio Operations
Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and high-energy
Maintain equipment, inventory, and operational systems
Execute corporate initiatives and marketing campaigns
Community Building
Plan studio events, partnerships, and promotions
Create a strong community around the brand
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated operator and leader, not just a manager.
Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or sales-driven environments
Proven track record of driving revenue and managing performance metrics
Experience leading teams and building strong workplace culture
Strong sales mindset and ability to coach others to success
Comfortable managing operations for a $600K+ revenue business
