    Position: Assistant Manager/Lead Sales Associate

    BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Assistant Manager/Lead Sales Associate for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Assistant Manager will directly oversee the sales associates, member experience, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

    Responsibilities

    Lead studio sales efforts, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing memberships

    Manage and mentor sales team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets

    Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies

    Oversee the entire membership sales pipeline from prospect to onboarding

    Become BODY20 EMS certified to coach members as needed

    Represent the BODY20 brand with passion and professionalism

    Collaborate closely with the Studio Owners and Studio Manager to maintain a high-performance, high-energy environment

    What We’re Looking For

    Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the fitness and/or wellness industries.

    Strong leadership and team-building skills

    Experience coordinating and leading marketing events

    Performance driven, hate to lose mindset

    Outstanding communication and customer service skills

    Comfortable with CRM, email marketing, and other technologies.

    Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
