Location: New Braunfels, TX

$50K-$60K Annually plus Commission

About the Role Sales Representative driving growth by selling premium glass products, metal frameworks, hardware, and professional installation services to residential and commercial clients. Build lasting relationships, generate leads creatively, and exceed sales targets while upholding our reputation for quality and professionalism.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer support and educate clients on glass solutions.

Network, cold call, canvass, and meet prospects to present innovative options.

Manage leads, work orders, reporting, and cross-department communication.

Achieve sales goals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

We're Looking For

High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years in customer service or sales.

CRM knowledge, excellent communication, organization, and high energy.

Valid driver’s license and positive, team-oriented mindset.

Bonus: Full proficiency in our products and software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
