HVAC Sales Manager
Location: Ocean City, New Jersey Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Some evenings/weekends as needed) Target Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000+ (Salary + Bonus + Benefits)
Position Overview
The Sales Manager leads the company’s sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent revenue growth, strong customer satisfaction, and disciplined sales execution. This role oversees incoming leads, referral sources, and builder/GC house accounts while driving the team to meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.

Weekly Lead & Sales Report delivered to Owner by Monday at 10 AM
Core Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Establish and manage sales goals and budgets
Track daily sales vs. budget
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and lead reports
Conduct weekly sales meetings
Coach team through appointment debriefs
Approve pricing and assist in closing jobs
Monitor leads, pending quotes, and financing offers
Drive high-efficiency product sales
Team & Operations Oversight
Supervise all selling activities
Ensure compliance with sales process and presentation standards
Maintain updated marketing materials
Support scheduling/dispatch as needed
Increase referral and repeat business
Grow builder and general contractor accounts annually
Qualifications
3+ years of sales or management experience in a service industry (HVAC)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized, accountable, and data-driven
Valid driver’s license
Industry experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
$78,000 annually ($1,500/week)
Quarterly Bonus Program
5% of Department Net Income over salary
2% of growth over prior year sales
