    Are you a sales leader ready to build something from the ground up? We're a fast-growing Managed IT Services & Cybersecurity company looking for a Sales Manager who can recruit, build, and lead a commission-based sales team that delivers real results.

    This is a rare opportunity to own the sales function, shape the team culture, and work closely with company leadership to drive business expansion across key industries like manufacturing, finance, law, medical, and logistics.

    🔹 What You'll Do

    Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of commission-based IT sales professionals

    Build and execute sales strategies that generate qualified leads and close business

    Train and coach reps on B2B sales, IT solutions, cybersecurity offerings, and value-based selling

    Set and track performance metrics, KPIs, and goals to ensure accountability

    Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns and outreach tools

    Develop compensation structures that attract and retain high performers

    Report directly to the executive team with progress, needs, and wins

    🔹 What You Bring

    5 Years of experience in sales with 3+ years of experience building and managing commission-based sales teams, ideally in the IT or tech industry

    Deep understanding of B2B technology sales, including Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Compliance (HIPAA, CMMC, etc.)

    Strong recruiting, coaching, and motivational skills

    Ability to work independently, set up systems, and lead from zero to scale

    A data-driven, goal-oriented mindset

    Confidence in closing business and leading from the front

    Bonus: Existing network of B2B sales reps or prior MSP experience
