Are you the kind of leader who lights up a room, makes talent want to follow you, and knows exactly how to build a winning sales culture from the inside out? If so, we want to talk. CC is conducting a confidential search for an exceptional Sales Manager on behalf of a dominant real estate organization in the central NJ/PA corridor. This isn't a maintenance role; it's a growth mandate. You'll step into an established high-volume operation where you will recruit the best, developing them relentlessly, and create an environment so compelling that top producers won't want to leave. What you'll drive: Your fingerprints will be on everything. You'll own the full talent pipeline, identifying, attracting, and onboarding the region's top real estate professionals while building a development engine that turns good agents into great ones. You'll design coaching programs, run high-energy masterminds, and lead goal-setting sessions that move the needle on production. You'll track the metrics that matter: agent count, retention, units closed, revenue per agent, and use them to make smart, fast decisions. Culture isn't an afterthought here; it's your product. Who you are: You've led people, grown teams, and hit ambitious goals. You've done it by earning trust, not demanding it. You understand the real estate agent mindset: what motivates them, what makes them stay, and what sends them out the door. You're equally comfortable in front of a room of 50 agents or having a one-on-one conversation that changes someone's trajectory. Whether your background is in real estate leadership, high-volume recruiting, financial services, or enterprise sales management, what matters most is that you know how to build something, and you're hungry to do it again. You set the bar high, hold people to it with warmth and clarity, and celebrate wins loudly.
