Candlewood Suites Eagan is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and strengthen our presence in the local market. About the Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive occupancy, increase revenue, and expand the client base. You’ll work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to identify opportunities across corporate, extended stay, and group segments. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets • Identify and secure new business through prospecting, networking, and local outreach • Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, and key accounts • Conduct property tours and present tailored solutions to potential clients • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the Eagan/Minnesota market • Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent guest experience and client satisfaction • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking Qualifications: • 2+ years of hotel sales experience (extended stay or select-service preferred) • Strong knowledge of the local Eagan / Twin Cities market is a plus • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities • Familiarity with hotel sales systems and CRM tools Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 + bonus potential
