Responsibilities: • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Create sales reports in a timely fashion • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Contribute ideas to the creation of promotional material • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety • Proven organizational and planning ability • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Prior sales experience is extremely important • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
