Responsibilities: • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities • Plan and direct sales team training • Work on sales scripts with agents • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety • Previous sales experience • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
